A late 18th century cameo later mounted by Codognato, the oval carved agate measuring 2.2 x 1.9cm and depicting Platone in profile looking left, rub-over set in gold mount with black enamel decorations and tapering shoulders, cameo circa 1790, the mount circa late 20th century, signed Codognato. The top measuring 2,6cm x 2,1cm, finger Size : 8, gross weight 20,9 grams.
