The oval Mediterranean sea Corallium Rubrum cameo depicting probably the Greek God Dionysus wearing a panther skin and bunch of grapes on the head. Mounted in gold and black enamel. The pendant 60 mm long, the cameo is 45 mm high and 31 mm wide.
